Refund Policy

At Adam Soccer Shop, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products and mentioned clearly on the product page. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Due to inspection, cleaning, and repackaging; a 0% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that are returned for a refund. The fee will be applied to the original order. Meaning that you will be refunded 100% of your order total.
  • Orders that are being exchanged or items being returned/exchanged due to manufacturers defect/shipping damage will not incur this restocking fee. 
  • We do not provide return labels unless it’s a manufacturers defect! The shipping return cost will be the customers responsibility.

Returns (accepted under the following circumstances):

  • Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
    • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to 
    • For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 
  • Not As Described
    • If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
  • Product Lost in Transit
    • If the product doesn’t arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

Exchanges:

  • Ship the product back to us. It might take us up to 5-30 days for us to receive. Once we receive it, we can ship out the newly specified product immediately.

Returns & Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Purchase credits only
  • Unstained
  • Original packaging required (Specifically the carton box and old plastic wrap, new plastic wrap is appreciated)
  • In unused condition. To be more specific, product packaging includes two parts: the nilon cover and the carton box, in which only the plastic wrap is allowed to be taken off for product inspection purpose. 
  • Related timeframe: Return case should be raised no later than 3 days after receipt and unpacking of the product, by contacting our Customer Service agent at for prior inspection, negotiation for return address. Time period for return process depends on senders/customers location, therefore, only requires specific tracking number.
  • Return shipping costs: depends on senders/customers location.

How to Return:

  • Please fill out accordingly, to the best of your ability and send the product and return slip to the address provided to you by our customer service agents.
  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping.

Depending on your country of origin, it may take anywhere from 5-25 days for US customers or up to 10-30 days for International Customers for your exchanged item to reach you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Disclaimer:

If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking so that if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it was indeed shipped back. 

Hey, sometimes it happens; You order something that you think will be perfect, and when it arrives, it’s not quite like you envisioned. Let’s not dwell on that, though. Let’s get your item returned and find something that fits you better.

We’ve designed our return policy so you can shop with complete confidence.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, so long as you return the item within 30 days of our delivery. Contact our team members before sending any returns. We want your purchase to inspire a grin, never a grimace.


Returning or Exchanging New Items

We ask that you carefully try on all gear indoors. Do not remove tags or lose packaging. If your item doesn’t fit or simply does not meet your expectations, place it in its original packaging, Request and fill out the return sheet and send it back. We will take care of the rest.

To make sure the item you return is in brand new, re-sellable condition our Returns Department checks for the following:

  • Any signs of wear include but are not limited to grass stains, dirt, markings of any kind, odors, or scuffs.
  • All apparel must have its original tags attached. Without tags, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
  • Warm-up suit parts – any item sold as a set must be returned as a set.

What items are NOT eligible for exchange or return? 

  • Customized jerseys: This includes jerseys with your personal name and/or number. All customized jerseys are ineligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Any item purchased using a Promo code or received as a gift.
  • Customized/team items, club/team orders, and large quantity orders cannot be returned.

When do I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed 1-5 business days after we receive and inspect your package.
  • Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment received.
  • You will receive an email when your refund is processed.

How do I return merchandise?

Once you have confirmed that the item you wish to exchange or return is eligible and you have filled out the return sheet supplied by our customer service, you can send the item(s) back to our facilities. You can use the carrier of your choice, the shipping cost to us is your responsibility. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked “Bill Recipient”.


Defective Items:

All items we receive here have gone through extensive quality control inspections by their manufacturers which means we rarely receive defective items. If you receive a defective item in any form, just let us know and we will replace the item in no time, after we received the defective one. Our shoes, balls, jerseys, and all other equipment are subjected to the tough and rigorous nature of the game and therefore the wear and tear of these items is inevitable.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

What are the conditions for returning items?

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

What if I accidentally ship an item to you that was not purchased on your site?

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

How do I track the status of my return?

If you initiated a return our site, and it has been received and processed through our returns department, you will be able to view the return details via the "Track Order" or "My Account" links following the same processed used to initiate the return.

How do I initiate a return within the Canada, United Kingdom, United States?

Visit the "Track My Order" link at the top of the page.
     

  1. Enter your Order Number and click "Continue".
  2. Click "View Order Details", enter your email address, and click "Continue".
  3. You'll see the items in your order with price and sizing details. Click "Return Items" at the bottom.
  4. Select the items and reason for the return.
  5. Choose the best-suited return option and see any associated costs.
  6. Review the return details and click "Process Return".
Are there any fees associated with returns?

If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

What is the international return policy?

1. Send your package prepaid via your preferred carrier. Insure the package and use a trackable shipping method.

Are there any exclusions to the return policy?

All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

  1. Return is outside of the return policy
  2. Item appears worn, washed or used
  3. Item is non-returnable (all trading cards, encapsulated, loose, or boxed - no exclusions, game used, vintage, customized and personalized items cannot be returned)
  4. Item is a gift card or gift certificate
  5. Sanitary lining has been removed from an undergarment
  6. Item was damaged after delivery
  7. Item is altered
  8. Item is returned with holes
  9. Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)
  10. Item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer's tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received
